Zayka Technologies cares about its customers and to prove that, we are approaching our ceramic cutlery warranty policy a little differently than most. Our knives are covered by a limited lifetime warranty up to 10 years from the original date of purchase. The warranty extends only to the original purchaser and covers all manufacturer defects. Damage from improper use (see Directions for Use) does not fall under this warranty. We also offer one free resharpening of your Zayka ceramic knife. If, after sufficient time, the blade feels dull, simply send it back to us and we will resharpen it for you.
